Sunset on Ganghwa Island

It was already more than a month ago, but during my last business trip I made a visit to Ganghwa Island.

It takes about an hour and a half by car from Seoul.

I heard there was a good spot to watch the sunset, so I followed the navigation system, but ended up driving around and around near the destination.

On those narrow roads where only one car can pass, when another car comes from the opposite direction, there’s no point arguing about who has priority. In my case, I just immediately back up or give way. That happened quite a lot on this day… ^^;

Since I had come all this way, I felt I had to eat something delicious before heading back, so I went with the classic choices: grilled shellfish and seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup).

It was delicious!
